Nutella Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup raw hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs

Instructions

  • Place the dates, cashews, hazelnuts, cacao powder, water and salt in a food processor. Process until smooth and forms a ball. This will take awhile so be patient.
  • Mix the cacao nibs in by hand with a wooden spoon.
  • Wet your hands and grab about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place on a plate or cookie sheet.
  • Store in the fridge until you are ready to eat. **

Notes

** You can also store these in the freezer to give the a bit more chew.
