As a life long rule follower, I love this quote. It reminds me that the best things in life often happen outside our comfort zone. Things like falling in love, writing a novel, meeting new friends, and traveling the city, the country, the world. For me, jumping out of an airplane will never be on my “to do” list, but I still try to push myself everyday to do things that scare me. Sometimes, it’s something simple like trying a new food. And sometimes, it’s something harder like signing up for an online dating site. Everyone’s idea of scary is different (my brother LOVES jumping out of planes), but the bottom line is — Shake It Up. You’re life will be richer for it. I promise.
